All items on this website are brand new unless marked “Refurbished or Carton Damaged”. Please refer to below warranty periods for select product categories.

Note: RECEIPT IS REQUIRED UPON REQUEST TO CLAIM WARRANTY. Gecko TV Stands & Mounts has a 14-day exchange policy on defective items.

1. Televisions:

– New televisions: 3 Years

– Carton Damaged: 1 Year

– Refurbished: 3 Months

2. Hardware Products (e.g., wall mounts, cabinets): 2 Years

3. Motorized Products: 1 Year

The Warranty period begins upon purchase of an item, except in the case of a special order or back order. In this case, the warranty period begins upon delivery of the item.

If an item comes to you damaged or defective, please email service@geckoproducts.com.au to arrange for an exchange.
